Greg Higgins was the general contractor for the remodelling of our home in Nanoose. This project was extensive and complicated. There were permits required, we requested changes to be made along the way, and unearthing things revealed a few surprises. Greg dealt with all of these things superbly and calmly. His crew (especially Barry who did almost all of the carpentry work) was courteous, pleasant, highly skilled, reliable, and hardworking. Greg provided accurate estimates of the costs, was always available for consultations, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed and done correctly. We’ve dealt with many building contractors over the years, and have had pretty good luck. But Greg was certainly the best. We would want to hire him for any job we might have in the future.
